Fully-refurbished 35 m² apartment on the second floor with lift, South West aspect, spacious balcony with views over the Chavannes ski area. Classified 3-star. Perfect location directly opposite the departure point for ski lessons! Capacity: 4 persons.

- living room with two-person 160cm-wide sofa bed, and dining area opening onto a large South West-facing balcony accessed via a glazed door.

FACILITIES:
Communal heating, television, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, electric heated towel rail, oven, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, hairdryer. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the shared laundry room.

OTHER FACILITIES:
1 space in the covered parking area belonging to the building (max height: 2m), ski locker, shared bike store (don’t forget your anti-theft device!)

SERVICES INCLUDED WITH WINTER RENTAL:
