Three-room apartment equipped for 4 people maximum, with an area of ??approximately 38 m² with a balcony, located on the 1st floor of the Residence "LE MONT CALY" (elevator). It is a bright and maintained apartment, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Location: 300m from the shops - 50m from the Marais car park where the village market is located on Thursday mornings and 450m from the Chavannes cable cars. Address 38 Rue du Marais 74260 LES GETS

Description: - Entrance + cupboards - open kitchen area equipped with the dining room (4 induction hobs + mixed microwave/grill + small fridge + toaster + kettle + electric coffee maker + Nespresso coffee maker + food processor + raclette machine/ pierrade + dishwasher + upper and lower cupboards with complete cookware) - Lounge area with TV + access to an east-facing balcony - Shower room (shower, washbasin, wc, washing machine/dryer) - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + large closet - 1 cabin bedroom with 2 single bunk beds with safety barrier and ladder (children only) - shared ski room with the residence. Condemned wood stove: prohibition to use it. Animals not accepted. No smoking inside.
