Description: Entrance hall - technical room with storage and 1 washing machine - Living room dining room equipped with 1 rapido sofa for 2 people + 1 television + access to a south-facing balcony terrace with garden furniture, view of the village - Equipped kitchenette (4 ceramic hobs + mini electric oven + microwave + dishwasher + fridge with small freezer compartment + extractor hood) - A bedroom with 1 single bench + 1 single pull-out bed (which can be raised to the same level and make a double bed) + 1 television + 1 DVD player + storage and access to the balcony terrace - A bathroom - Separate toilet. Quite sunny apartment with its balcony terrace.
