Spacious four-room duplex apartment with an area of ??70 m² located on the 2nd and last floor of the "CHAVANIOU" Residence, equipped for 6 people max with a view of the piste. Hameau de la Turche district, quiet and sunny location, at the foot of the slopes. Arrival and departure on skis. Possibility of recovering the track and descending to the Château ski lift. Free shuttles to go to the ESF and village center. Approximate distances: 1000 m from the Chavannes gondola, 1500 m from the bus station, 800 m from the lake. Free WIFI connection. 2 car parks with roof. Address: 1173 Rte DE LA TURCHE 74260 LES GETS.

Description: Entrance hall with cupboard - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + storage cupboard - Bathroom - Shower room (shower with WC) - Fully equipped open kitchen area (electric hob and oven, sink, washing machine) crockery, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, extractor hood) open to the living dining room + access to the south-facing balcony and very beautiful view of the slopes - Access to the 1st floor: 1 bedroom height 1.80 m with 2 single beds, storage cupboards - 1 Bedroom height 1.80 m with 2 single beds, view of the slopes. Electric heating - ski box in the basement - Free WI FI access (not responsible in the event of non-operation).

- LINEN (sheets and towels) is included in the price of your rental during the winter season - Please note this is a paid option during the course stay and the summer season - Cleaning not included in the rental c is a paid option.
