Spacious and bright six-room Duplex apartment equipped for 12 people max. on the 1st and last floor of the Residence "LA COPINIERE", comfortable accommodation, facing south. Located in the residential area "LA TURCHE". La Turche ski lift at 500 m. Free shuttle stop at 100 m. 2 garage spaces in the basement. Central heating. Animals not accepted. Free Wi-Fi connection. Description: Entrance - separate toilet - bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin) - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed + TV + cupboard, adjoining bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet, linen) - 2 bedrooms equipped with 1 double bed + TV + cupboard - Spacious living dining room with lounge area equipped with 1 TV - Kitchen area open to the dining room with a fitted separation bar (dishwasher, large fridge, cooker with ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, extractor hood, 1 sink, upper and lower cupboards) - Access to the equipped floor: mezzanine area open to the living room with 1 single bed pers + cupboard - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed. + TV + cupboard - 1 bathroom (shower, sink, wc). All bedrooms have access to a balcony that wraps around the south-facing apartment. Prohibition to use the fireplace.
