Family villa with a pool between Montélimar and Grignan

Fully equipped single-storey villa of 160m2, with a very large living room of 60m2, shaded terrace, private swimming pool and pleasant garden in a quiet area in the heart of a small village typical of Drôme Provençale.

The villa can accommodate 7 adults, 1 child up to about 8 years old (bed length 1m60) and 1 baby (cot with mattress).

In the day area, illuminated by large bay windows, enjoy the fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine), the dining room with its large table and the living room with television. Two large ceiling fans will bring you coolness if necessary.

In the sleeping area, with air conditioning, rest in 4 large bedrooms: two with a double bed in 140, one with a double bed in 180 and one with 2 single beds (1 length 190 and the other length 160). The baby cot with bars is located in one of the bedrooms with a bed 140.
The comfortable bathroom is equipped with a double shower and a bathtub.

You will also benefit from a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack and freezer. An outdoor drying rack is located at the back of the house.

The garden has a large parking space for 2-3 cars, a large terrace with gas barbecue, a play area for children, a hammock to rest in the shade of the trees.
The swimming pool is secured by a barrier. Sunbeds and garden furniture will be at your disposal.

The villa has only one toilet.

It is suitable for children: cot, steps, fenced garden, safety gate for swimming pool, playhouse, swings, small slide.

Bed linen is provided (except baby cot: size santard 60*120cm) and cleaning is included in the price but remains at your expense to: empty the bins and dishwasher.
Please bring your towels and pool towels.

The house is completely non-smoking and has many smoke detectors.
It has fibre wifi. PGJyPg�PGJyPgPets are not allowed.
The residential area is very quiet and mainly inhabited by families.
Please respect the tranquility of the place and limit noise, especially in the evening and early morning. Parties and events are not allowed.
