Me decepcionó totalmente. El personal poco amable, llegando a hacer comentarios poco adecuados. La calefacción sólo funcionó, cuando nos quejamos, de 17 a 23 horas. Las temperaturas nocturnas fueron de 4 bajo cero. Pasamos mucho frío y mi mujer volvió resfriada. No volveremos.

Une jolie chambre dans un joli coin d'Espagne !

Tout d'abord facile à trouver.Disponibilité immédiate de l'hôtelier suite à appel téléphonique.Jolie et coquette chambre style montagnard boisée.Environs calmes.Literie impeccable.Par contre petit problème le lendemain pour le départ.L'hôtelier étant absent et le snack bar fermé,nous n'avons pas pu déjeuner et sommes partis à 8h 25 en laissant la clé de la chambre à l"accueil car nous devions rentrer chez nous à plus de 300 kms ce qui n'a quand même terni notre séjour.Nous reviendrons surement.

Bonito lugar para una escapada

Lo mejor de este encantador hotel ha sido la amabilidad del personal, en todo momento dispuesto a ayudarte ya que si no se encontraban en recepción, viven muy cerca y en menos de tres minutos los tenías en el establecimiento. El parking exterior gratuito exclusivo del hotel es muy útil.

Petite pension, difficile à trouver au fond d'une impasse, personne à l'accueil, la clé de votre chambre se trouve dans un bar du même nom qu'il faut trouver également dans une rue perpendiculaire à 60 mètres. La chambre est très petite avec lits jumeaux et on ne peut voir la télévision que d'un seul lit. Malgré cela, la pension est propre et le petit déjeuner est correct.

Lovely little hotel

This lovely little hotel/b&b in the heart of the Pyrenees was a perfect base for our 5 days cycling. Right in the heart of the village of Les, you’re close to the local shops, bars and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. The only issue was that the more famous French mountain passes are a distance away (eg 30 mins to start of Superbagneres, 90 to Tourmalet) Es Neres is tastefully decorated, clean and tidy. Excellent for the price. The included buffet breakfast was limited, but included fresh pastries, baguettes, cold meat/cheese, fresh fruit and juices, cereal and yoghurt.

The quality of the room was excellent. comfortable bed made up every day clean towels in the en suite.Full size bath shower over. Lift to all floors. The only problem is the tapas bar mentioned in the description is around the corner from the pension and not obvious from the arriving at the property. It is necessary to register there for the room key and door access code although the telephone numbers on the door do work but very limited English spoken - best to learn some Spanish before visiting
