Standard check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out required by 10:00 AM. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges. If your apartment permits pets, additional fees apply. Dogs are charged at €15 per night per dog; however, cats are not permitted in any Alpes Agency apartments.
**Payment & Cancellation Policy**
To confirm your reservation, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. In addition to the accommodation fee, a local tourist tax of €4.60 per adult per night will be charged. The remaining balance will be automatically processed 30 days before arrival, with a notification sent via email prior to the charge. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of the check-in date.
Please note that a temporary damage deposit of €500 will be charged on the day of arrival and held for the duration of the stay. The deposit will be released upon check-out.
