We were really disappointed with the way this albeit nice apartment is run and fortunately we had a

Regarding the apartment and its amenities: - It is unacceptable for an apartment to be delivered dirty, some examples: sofa bed full of animal hair, carpet next to the sofa soaked in hair, the sheets although still folded was dirty (stained), the mattress smells of sweat, dust everywhere, dirty windows glass, and in general you can see little care for cleanliness (upon entering the apartment there was a smell of cooking), having already entered the apartment and there being no one there for a dispute my wife took care to clean with the equipment present in order to have some hygiene. - The carpet was soaked in dust and animal hair, after trying to beat it we decided to leave it outside the dwelling, it should be sanitized. - the kitchen equipment is outrageous, the pots and pans all ruined we counted at least 6 different types of different glasses (one of which was even broken we threw it away), the dishes have knives that don't cut, we had to rewash all the dishes because they smelled like food (and there were still pieces of food on some). - the dishwasher was in critical hygienic condition, I think it was never cleaned, when it was first opened a rotten smell was coming out, we washed dishes but pieces of food from likely previous washes were sticking, we purchased the special cleaner and had to do 3 cleaning cycles before we could start to see any good results - the shower in the bathroom is poorly positioned, this causes the floor to flood making it slippery, several times coming out of the shower we slipped fortunately without consequence, in addition to the fact that having to dry the floor at each shower is not a comfort - the bidet is absent, it should be reported (this is the first time I rent a facility without one) the closet where the toilet is located is claustrophobic. - the clothesline (used more for drying towels after the pool) is broken and deformed. - there is a lack of bins there is only 1 (and bags) to make a separate collection - the apartment is not comfortable for 4 people is too small - very little storage space for clothes and personal things, 2 small closets (one used as broom and vacuum cleaner storage) without shelving (and insufficient clothes racks) are not enough for a family of 4 people, we were forced to keep some of the clothing in suitcases. - lack of any instructions in Italian language (there were all except Italian) - the instructions for the oven and dishwasher were incorrect - upon arrival, pillow covers
