Situated a minutes’ walk from the Prarion ski lift, 5 minutes’ drive away from the amenities of central Les Houches and 13 minutes’ drive from Chamonix, this 2-bedroom balcony retreat with shared indoor pool provides a scenic setting for carefree ski breaks by the slopes.

Inside, a welcoming living room offers a light and ambient space in which to unwind. The scenic room offers balcony access and is furnished with a flat screen TV, DVD player and sofa.
An accompanying kitchen diner with dishwasher and dining set provides a carefree setting for entertaining. The sleeping accommodation is perfectly versatile and comprises of a double bedroom and flexible room furnished with bunk beds.

A modern fitted family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower features alongside a separate WC with wash basin.

Points nĂ©gatifs: -Pas de place de parking: nous dĂ©conseillons aux personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite et grande famille -balcon trĂšs petit et trĂšs mal Ă©quipĂ© :le salon de jardin part en miette et peu accueillant -cuisine trĂšs peu fonctionnelle avec un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur miniature.accĂšs au bac congĂ©lation impossible due au montage de la porte inversĂ©e avec la porte du rĂ©frigĂ©rateur bloquĂ©e par le mur. -Ă©quipement de cuisine trĂšs insuffisant: couverts et petits ustensiles .pas de placard pour ranger les denrĂ©es alimentaires -vaisselle sale:il serait bon de vĂ©rifier la propretĂ© de la vaisselle -l’Ave vaisselle inutilisable:odeur nausĂ©abonde Ă  l intĂ©rieur et programme se lançant seul sans pouvoir l arrĂȘter -rideau de douche Ă  remplacer -pas de lumiĂšre correcte dans la cabine avec les lits superposĂ©s -pas de lave linge Points positifs: -vue superbe sur le massif du mont Blanc -tĂ©lĂ©cabines Ă  proximitĂ© -environnement trĂšs calme -Ă©tat appartement trĂšs propre( sauf vaisselle) -chambre principale spacieuse pour ce type de destination -proche CHAMONIX -piscine commune trĂšs apprĂ©ciable

Jolie appartement mais lave vaisselle et chauffage de la piscine en panne !!!

L' appartement est jolie et bien situé. Mais le lave vaisselle est resté en panne toute la semaine et la piscine commune était elle aussi en panne de chauffage !!!! Notre demande de geste commercial est resté sans réponse. Dommage. On aurait pu s'attendre à beaucoup mieux pour ce tarif.
