Apartment Refuge des Bellachat has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area which leads onto a sunny balcony with table and chairs. The living area has a sofa bed and TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven and stove and dishwasher. The bedroom has one double bed. There is one bathroom with shower over a bath and a basin and a separate WC. Externally there is one underground parking space, and the development benefits from an indoor swimming pool which guests can enjoy year round.


Apartment Location
Apartment Refuge des Bellachat benefits from a ski-in ski out location in the village of Les Houches. In winter Les Houches offers tree-lined skiing and in summer the area is well known for its mountain biking and hiking trails which can be accessed via the Prarion Telecabine, just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Also within a 5 minute walk of the apartment is a bakery as well as the Lac des Chavants leisure area. Families will be entertained here year round with sledging in winter, and in summer a children's playground, tennis courts and BBQ areas. Chamonix centre is a 15 minute drive from the apartment and buses leave regularly from the bus stop at the Prarion Telecabine for those wanting to explore the other villages and ski areas of the Chamonix Valley. Apartment Refuge des Bellachat is a great apartment for those wanting a peaceful location with lots of activities on your doorstep.


What’s Included
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels for 2 guests (25 euro per stay supplement for the sofa bed pack), end of stay cleaning and local taxe de séjour (tourist tax). This allows you to benefit from the Carte d’Hotes giving you free travel on the trains and reductions on entry to the museums and other attractions. Standard check-in is between 4-8pm and check-out is by 10am. Early or late check-in and check-out might be available and can be booked through your guest area.
