On the second floor, you’ll find:
- A reading/office area on the mezzanine
- Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds (90x190 cm)
- Bedroom 5 with a king-size bed (180x200 cm)
- A guest bathroom (no toilet)
- A guest bathroom

The outdoor hot tub on the terrace completes this property. You also have access to 2 outdoor parking spaces.

Always available but never intrusive

Very close to the Prarion ski lifts (5-minute drive) and Bellevue (4-minute walk) to enjoy the legendary Les Houches ski area. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the centre of Les Houches and its shops (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, etc.).
City centre Chamonix is a 10-minute drive or bus ride away, Line No. 1

You have access to two outdoor parking spaces: one in the small car park adjacent to the property and the second along the farm.
Bus line No. 1 takes you to the Prarion ski lifts and to Chamonix.
The Bellevue ski lift is a 3-minute walk away, and Prarion is a 5-minute drive away.
To explore the rest of the region by car, allow 30–40 minutes to Megève/St. Gervais and 1 hour 15 minutes to Geneva/ Annecy.
The Houches Viaduc Sainte Marie train station is a 5-minute drive away, allowing you to:
- Take the train to the Domaine de Saint-Gervais / Megève (29 minutes to the St. Gervais le Fayet ski lift)
