A summer kitchen area, a heated swimming pool for relaxing, as well as a wooden terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing or taking a nap under a magnificent eucalyptus tree.
You will also have a modern kitchen adjoining the living room and you can enjoy the fireplace.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by secondary houses. The city center is a 5-minute walk away, as well as the market.
The beach is 10 minutes away by bike via the cycle paths.
