"Easy access to ferry port was met and shown round the house which was very clean and had everything we needed. Use of garden on the sunny days was good. Showers beds and accommodation was to a very good standard. We were a party of 3 couples with push bikes. Would certainly book again"

Communication with the landlord and the information received beforehand were excellent. The only downside was the double bed on the ground floor. "We really enjoyed our stay in Barneville-Carteret, the beautiful view, closeness to the beach and the infrastructure in the different parts of Barneville-Carteret, from shops to restaurants. The apartment really is as advertised and Pascal and his family are very friendly. I was a bit worried because they told us they only do check-ins on Saturday until 6p.m. but fortunately the traffic wasn't too bad and we made it well in time. "Hotel 67 is really a block of about 30 rooms within the Gleneagle hotel. The brutalist/minimalist decor of the room (exposed concrete and wire conduits etc) may not be for everybody, and is not aging well. Our window (overlooking a roof with noise AC units) was broken an difficult to close. That being said, the bars and restaurants and other facilities of the Gleneagle hotel are great, and the room was very comfortable. Having a boxed breakfast delivered to the room may be an unusual choice, but the quality of the food was good and we found it convenient."
