Séjour très agréable, une grande véranda où l’on peux profiter du jardin clos pour les chiens et sans vis à vis . Emplacement très calme à 5 mn de la mer ,10 mn à pied d’un bar à huîtres ,12 mn de Pornic et 20 mn du parc zoologique Planète sauvage .La maison est ancienne mais fonctionnelle et la literie est bonne .nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Wir waren wegen der Hunde das 5 mal in diesem Ferienhaus, leider war es diesmal total verdreckt so das wir den ersten Tag selber säubern mussten. Auf der Terrasse war die Glastür durch die Vormieter zerstört und hielt nur durch Klebeband zusammen was die Nutzbarkeit stark einschränkte. Wir lieben den Garten mit den alten Bäumen und haben uns bei dem schönen Wetter hauptsächlich dort aufgehalten. Die Agentur hat uns zugesichert das die Zustände abgestellt werden, daher bis zum nächsten Jahr

Pour ceux qui aime les odeurs

La maison est bien placée mais… dégradée , vieillotte et elle pue. C’est très dommage d’avoir une maison comme celle-ci non entretenue. Un vieux canapé où on ose pas s’asseoir, des rideaux à mettre à la poubelle, des taches sur les couvertures.plus de gaz barbecue.un lit bébé qui n’a que le nom .Bref à ne pas relouer dans cet état.

Sehr schöner Garten, mit an einer Stelle undichtem Zaun. das WC ist neu gemacht und sehr schön geworden, wenn jetzt nach und nach noch die anderen Räume (Küche etc) gemacht werden ein Haus in das man gerne wiederkommt

Location les moutiers en retz

La décoration est datée demande un peu d’investissement afin de rendre les lieux agréables.Les stores véranda à revoir.Le terrain est super manque peut être de chaises longues . Par contre l’état des WC est lamentable (lunette et canalisations réparées avec du scotch ,il faut taper sur le réservoir pour qu’il se remplisse)devrait être rénové comme la salle d’eau,mais la VMC ne fonctionne pas dans la salle d’eau. Il manque vraiment peu de chose pour que vente location soit très bien

Beau terrain très proche de la mer

Maison agréable avec sa grande véranda très bien située à 10 mn de Pornic et 3 mn de la mer par un chemin. Le grand terrain arboré est très agréable,c’est un lieu très calme. Nous remercions les propriétaires d’accepter les chiens . La maison était propre ,la salle de bain neuve ,la literie de la deuxième chambre neuve et l’électroménager impeccable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette maison de famille .

La maison offre un bel espace extérieur, pour le plaisir des enfants et des animaux. Nous n'avons manque de rien, tout le matériel nécessaire était présent. La situation géographique de la maison au top car proche de tout. Je recommande !

Le seul gros défaut de cette location est la douche qui doit être refaite depuis 2017 ! Toute petite et à refaire complètement. Le reste convient pour des vacances, le terrain est grand et la maison loin de la route et proche de la plage.

Mon séjour en Loire Atlantique

Oui ,la maison est belle, et a un immense potentiel, mais elle a besoin d'un grand coup de rajeunissement, surtout les sanitaires (mais c'est prévu ,nous a-t-on dit) et la literie de la deuxième chambre (le matelas est une cuvette) Mais, mais ...le terrain est superbe, les enfants y sont rois ; les pièces sont grandes la maison spacieuse, agréable, environnement calme; la plage est à 300 m; en bref ,nous y avons passé de bonnes vacances avec nos 2 petits fils.

agreable sejour

sejour agreable et environnement calme la maison est simple mais agreable a vivre pour 1 semaine de vacance. la literie de la 2 eme chambre est a revoir {j ai dormi avec ma fille la dernier nuit) merci d accepte toute la famille pendant le sejour(nos 2 chiens) ils ont egalement apprecies le jardin

Les vacances de M. Hulot - Bretagne années 50

Ce n'est ni j'ai adoré, ni c'était nul : plutôt un entre deux. Très grand et beau jardin de pinède et cyprès, grande maison mais mal organisée : des belles pièces mais, pour 4 adultes un cabinet de toilette misérable de 1m2 environ avec une colonne étagère en plastique branlante, une ampoule sur 2 qui ne marche pas, la porte à glissière de la douche qui ne ferme pas, des WC indigents mais propres, c'est nettement insuffisant. Des meubles et décorations de murs vieillots ce qui explique mon titre. Toutefois la cuisine est bien aménagée et en bon état. Nous avons bien profité du jardin car il faisait beau et on a pu dîner dehors et des plages qui sont proches, marché le long des promenades qui relient un village à l'autre par le bord de mer. Et fait du tourisme dans le pays de Retz. En conclusion la région est intéressante, la maison est bien placée mais a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et d'installations sanitaires de qualité pour justifier le prix demandé.

Maison très sale, salle de bain si on peut appeler ça ainsi, limite insalubre! Vaisselle sale dans les placard. Dessus de lit et housse de canapé avec poils sable, cheveux résidus d'aliments... 3 heures de ménage en arrivant.... Dommage l'endroit est sympa, calme et proche de la mer. Il suffirait d'un peu de bon sens pour que ce soit agréable.... Je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience avec cette maison!

Maison calme sécurisée, proche de la mer avec un terrain très grand et Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et gardons l'adresse pour nos futures vacances Quelques petites améliorations possibles si le tarif ne change pas (matelas bébé un peu trop fin, un bain de soleil serait un plus)
