ROLLE est un joli petit appartement pour 2 à 3 personnes dans notre Chalet de Prébois , aux pieds des pistes de la station des Orres, au niveau du front de neige de Prébois.
Il est entièrement indépendant, en rez de chaussée et dispose d'une grande terrasse.
Une pièce principale avec coin salon (banquette couchage 1 personne), coin cuisine et son LIT CLOS pour 2 personnes '140x190 draps fournis sur option).
Une salle de bains avec wc, douche, vasque, grand miroir et radiateur sèche-serviettes.
Il est bien équipé : lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson en vitrocéramique, hotte aspirante, four à micro-ondes et grill, grille pain, réfrigérateur, bouilloire, cafetière Nespresso + cafetière électrique à filtre, appareil à raclette, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, TV, fibre wifi....
Il est meublé et décoré dans un style montagne sobre et agréable !
Accès local à skis.
Le linge de lit et de toilette sera fourni en option payante à réserver avant votre séjour.
Un livret d'accueil numérique contenant toutes les infos utiles avant, pendant et à la fin de votre séjour vous sera adressé dès paiement du solde de votre réservation.

emplacement parfait
un peu petit pour 3. Chauffage un peu capricieux. Mais globalement bonne location de part sa situation qui permet de chausser les skis au pied du chalet.

Nous avons passer le week-end de pâques dans cette propriété et nous en sommes entièrement satisfait!
Propriété très accessible (sans problème pour parking qui se situe à 10 mètres de l'entrée )
L'intérieur est largement suffisant pour un groupe de 4 personne avec tout ce qu'il faut pour la vie de tous les jours. Le tout dans un état général plus que correct !
Le gros point fort est surtout la proximité des pistes qui se situent à une cinquantaine de mètres du chalet.
En résumé un très bon week-end passé dans cette propriété. Nous pensons même déjà à l'année prochaine...
