Discover this brand-new apartment (64 m²) on the 2nd floor with elevator access, ideally located near the village center and its amenities (shops, restaurants, services, activities).

The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.

It features a beautiful living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room, and a lounge area, opening onto an east-facing balcony. The sleeping area includes a master suite with a double bed and direct access to a bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a sleeping alcove with two single beds. Two additional sleeping spaces are available on the sofa in the living room.

The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.

Located in the charming resort of Les Rousses, in the heart of the Haut-Jura region, you'll be just steps away from hiking trails, downhill and cross-country ski slopes, and beautiful lakes during the summer season.

The ski slopes are easily accessible via the shuttle bus (Skibus) which stops right near the residence.
