"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"It‘s a 2 star residence, a little worn off and in need of redecoration, but clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially if you make an effort to speak French. The location is perfect for the 2 minute ferry (navette bus) that will take you across the channell to the beach (it will save you a 30 minute walk). There us a very big supermarket across the road with amazing fresh produce especially fish and seafood. Some restaurants nearby too (table reservation a must). We were there...

"Séjours agreable, personnels sympathique mais la propreté du logement laisse vraiment a desirer. Il faut vraiment faire un effort sur ce point . Un des murs de la salle de bain avait pleins de tache jaunes, des nids d'araignées dans les angles des murs, radiateur pleins de poussières, mobilier extérieurs et étendoirs sale a notre arriver.. C'est dommage car la résidence est super jolie , avec ces petites maisonnettes. Piscine agréable, avec toboggans pour les enfants et transats "

"Petit T2 mais bien agencé Magnifique vu.Voiture nécessaire ou alors il faut utiliser les transports en commun car il n'y a pas de commerces à proximite Il faudrait remplacer les couverts car usagés, la TV également car le son est insupportable et ajouter internet car tres tres peu de reseau.De nos jours c'est un minimum Je pensais que le paiement de l'électricité etait pour les séjours en hiver (ce que je trouvais logique) mais c'est également en été. "L'appartement est très bien situé avec tous les commerces a proximité et pas loin non plus des grands centres commerciaux. On est au pied du remblai et a 15 minutes a pied du centre ville. "When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!"

Overall a good stay - this hotel will provide what is needed for a basic stay, but is lacking some fundamental features which would be expected at the price point."

"A lovely spot with a tucked away feel yet you have the beach, restaurants, surf hire and more on your doorstep. Relaxed and casual style hotel with continental breakfast option. Standard rooms. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and very helpful - going out of their way to make sure you have a what you need in order to have a good time. For a 2-3 day get away or just a quick stop I would definitely recommend. If I get back to Les Sables d’Olonne this is the first place I’ll look for a place to stay."

"We had a last minute stay at Côte-Ouest due to unforeseen circumstances. The receptionist was very welcoming and showed us around which was helpful. The staff in the bar were attentive and the food was really good. Our room was fine however being on the ground floor we couldn’t leave our patio door open overnight and it was so hot with no air conditioning unfortunately. So as well as being hot the mattress was too hard so our sleep was quite disturbed. That being said, we enjoyed our stay, used the thalasso pool and had drinks on the terrace watching the sun go down. An enjoyable stay in the main."
