Renovated 50 m² apartment with all mod cons on the ground floor, quiet and close to amenities (supermarket, farmers' markets, laundromat, public transport - train and bus 250 meters away, health center), municipal self-service electric bike rental terminal 10 minutes' walk away...) and cycle paths to the ocean at the exit of the accommodation, surfing and swimming nearby at the beaches of Sauveterre, Les Sables and Tanchet.
Possibility to visit the salt marshes of the Ile d'Olonne and its famous open-air photography festival from May/June to October.
Accommodation located one hour from Puy du Fou.
After all these visits and outings, you can relax in the 2000 m² garden on your sun loungers in the shade of the fruit trees, barbecue available. Sunbathing and rest, sports and swimming, cultural visits and restaurants...
We provide on request a secure Sauton brand baby bed (new mattress) for 0 to 3 years old, a high chair and a potty. For the little ones, a suitable garden furniture is available (Ikea). Possibility of providing a single Ikea BZ for the older ones. Contact us.
The apartment is equipped with an electric oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The neighborhood is quiet, you will sleep peacefully, each night room is equipped with electric blinds, mosquito nets and / or blackout curtains. The house is located a few minutes walk from a protected nature area with observatories on the marshes: bird sanctuary and free-roaming sheep. Walking paths, children's playground with zip line, slide and cycle paths in the heart of nature just a stone's throw from your accommodation. For stuntmen, an adventure park 15 minutes away by car.
Do you travel by bike? We also have connections to recharge your electric bikes in front of the apartment door (4 possible connections). Your car is electric, you can recharge it 200 meters from the accommodation.

Très bien placé en retrait de la route, calme, en rez de chaussée avec jardin, bien exposé, très fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Excellente literie. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Les propriétaires ont eu de petites attentions pour nous et nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Nous n'avons pas eu assez de temps pour profiter des activités qu'offre les sables d'olonne grâce au très bon emplacement de la maison. Maison qui est très agréable et qui offre tout le confort nécessaire. A renouveler ! Merci encore. Audrey
