Located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a 4 residence, the apartment benefits from a South Southwest-facing balcony with a view of the pine forest and the heated swimming pool (open from mid-May to late September).



Convenient and dynamic location



At only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, you are also close to shops, restaurants, casino, zoo, thalassotherapy spa, tennis courts, forests and Lake Tanchet. An ideal location to alternate nature walks, sports activities and moments of relaxation.



Swimming pool and secure parking



The heated common pool of the residence is THE real plus to fully enjoy summer days in complete safety.



A large parking space in the basement (level -1) is included.



The apartment



This 68 m² apartment consists of:

•A main bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and storage, view of pine forest/pool

•A bedroom with two single beds (90x200) that can be brought together, street side

•A bright living room with sofa bed (140) and a workspace for teleworking by the sea

->The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, cooking plates, filter coffee maker AND Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster...

•A bathroom with toilet and washing machine

•A second separate toilet



Note: accessible to people with reduced mobility (caution, the shower has a step).



The entire apartment is at your disposal for a stay in complete freedom, between nature, comfort, and iodized softness.



Practical Information



Arrival: between 4 PM and 5:30 PM at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry flexibility outside peak hours.)

Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)

Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!

Linen: Sheets towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge

Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
