Welcome to our newly renovated house!
It's located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the marshes, the Olonne National Forest, and near Granges Beach (1 km).
Everything is within walking or cycling distance! There's a bike path on the sidewalk in front of the house.
A private garage provides secure parking for your bikes or car.
We offer accommodation for 6 people with private parking, a garage, a terrace, and an enclosed garden.
This vacation home includes the following upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (140x200 cm) and storage.
One bedroom with a pull-out bed (160x200 cm).
- Bathroom with a spacious shower, vanity unit, toilet, towel warmer, and hairdryer.
Downstairs:
The living room has a sofa bed (sleeps 2 more) and a television.
Its fully equipped kitchen includes a large-capacity refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, and all the utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal!
Separate toilet on the ground floor.
This holiday home has a washing machine.
Attached garage for one car + 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
You can also enjoy its fully enclosed garden.
Terrace furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue.
High chair, stair gate, and cot available upon request for an additional fee.
All-inclusive rate: beds made upon arrival, towels and kitchen linen.
Welcome kit (coffee/tea, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, sponge, soap, bin bag, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent).
Additional charges: tourist tax, cleaning fee.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Entry is self-check-in via a key box, or if we can meet you, we will personally hand over the keys.

Smoking is not permitted (smoking is allowed outside). Pets are allowed provided they are kept in a safe and respectful manner. Parties and gatherings are not allowed. An inventory will be taken. Please empty and clean the barbecue after use. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM out of respect for the neighbors.
