Just a few steps from the large beach of Les Sables-d'Olonne, shops, and restaurants, come and enjoy your vacation or weekend in this pleasant, fully renovated apartment located on the second floor of a quiet and secure residence with elevator.



You can relax in this quiet and elegant apartment featuring two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. A balcony equipped with an awning offers magnificent sea views.



The first bedroom has a queen-size double bed (160x200cm) and the second has two single beds. Each bedroom has storage and hanging space for your belongings.



The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. The toilet is separate. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped and furnished: oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and washer-dryer. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are available. A television and Wi-Fi are free.



Parking is easy, with a private garage available in the residence.



Check-in and check-out are independent with a key-lock system. I am available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).

Très bel appartement

L’appartement est très agréable, bien situé et agencé et bien décoré avec une vue magnifique. Nous l’avons cependant trouvé moins propre qu’au mois d’avril : les poubelles et le frigo n’étaient pas propres et les draps d’un des 2 lits de la chambre enfant ne l’étaient pas non plus (saletés, traces et cheveux). Vous le savez déjà certainement (car il y avait une bassine) mais il y a une fuite au niveau du lavabo de la salle de bain.
