"We love Terres Basses, but had to book alternate accommodations. The bedroom did not have any window screens which prevented it from getting fresh air. We found ourselves stifled and sweating every night even with the airco on. Without a restful night of sleep, we had to find something else."

"We have stayed at several villas on St. Martin and we would rate this one among the best of them. The view is spectacular, the Great Room is gorgeous and the villa is well laid out. The property managers, Max and Leo, were always prompt and helpful with anything we needed, and the cleaning and gardening staff were friendly and welcoming. We are definitely hoping to come back!"
