The house is close to everything, but felt secluded. Our two children loved the pool and exploring on the beach. The adults loved the peacefulness and stunning view. "We have stayed at several villas on St. Martin and we would rate this one among the best of them. The view is spectacular, the Great Room is gorgeous and the villa is well laid out. The property managers, Max and Leo, were always prompt and helpful with anything we needed, and the cleaning and gardening staff were friendly and welcoming. We are definitely hoping to come back!"

"I love this house. The pool and pool deck are so spacious and comfortable. The villa that houses the kitchen and living area is really an extension of the pool deck which makes you feel like you are always outside. My heaven! Having a separate villa with the bedrooms is a great design for families where some wake up early and some late. Minor critique: The beds are a little quirky and hard to get in and out of because of a wide framing. The lighting in the bedroom could be brighter also. But...

"This place is truly perfect. The house is beautiful with plenty of room and the most amazing sunsets in the world. The beach is stunning and pretty well private. And it is only a few steps from your own private pool. The check-in process was easy and the owner communication was great. They even provide cleaning services for both the house and pool while you are there. It is truly perfection on the beach and we will be back. "We were in Saint Martin for a family wedding and we wanted a house that could accommodate our family. This house was perfect, great views, wonderful pool and a nice big kitchen. All of the rooms were spacious and we never felt cramped. We were close to the wedding venue and Cupecoy market to get anything we needed. Olivier was in contact checking on us and answering any questions. It was a wonderful stay and we were sorry to have to go. Would definitely rent this villa again!"

The home is beautifully designed an decorated with all amenities you could possibly want or need. The retractable walls in the main living area and kitchen made the entire home feel like you were living outside. It was our first time staying on the French side of the island and we would definitely stay here again!"
