Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "La clairiere" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, slopes 7 km. Nearby attractions: Thônes centre ville 4.6 km, Saint Jean de Sixt centre ville 3.5 km, Crêt 2 station de ski 2.8 km, Aiglons station de ski 3.5 km, Crêt du Merle station de ski 4.1 km, Crête Blanche station de ski 4.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grand-Bornand 7 km, la Clusaz 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac d'Annecy 20 km. Hiking paths: les Aravis 100 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven). Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
