Only closets for hanging clothes was locked or filled with cleaning tools and supplies Shower and toilet are on the first level. Stairs to the loft are narrow and slippery, very dangerous Concierge office is not open, I use Expedia when traveling because I do not like surprises, This booking was full of unpleasant surprises. Very disappointed. When we arrived, we were lucky to find a kind waiter in an adjoining restaurant who spoke English and contacted the caretaker who works from home. "We were just looking for somewhere to stay overnight on our way down to Spain. It would have been nice to possibility stay a few more nights in this lovely old house in the village of Bedous. If you are looking for something individual and quirky this is the place. The lovely old furnishings in the house fitted beautifully with the age of the house. The owner was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was included and very nice. "

"The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu. If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard."
