"We had a lovely view of the dam day and night, night view was a personal favourite. The staff were super helpful, friendly and accommodating. We were unfortunate to have had same booking as a wedding for that weekend, so there was a fair bit of noise and activity so we didn't get to enjoy tranquility of the place until our last full day there. "We booked the morning of our stay and when we arrived they couldn't find the booking. We were given a room while it was sorted out. The room was large and light with balcony and stunning views of the dam. A few touches like water in the fridge would have been nice. Breakfast was very disappointing. With a few tweaks The Shore House could be fabulous."

"The room we were given was on the 9th floor. We ask for another room higher up & they upgraded us with no extra cost. The room was beautiful with a wraparound balcony on the 19th floor. Need less to say we were very satisfied with our accommodation plus the staff were very friendly & accommodating. Will definitely revisit this hotel establishments. "
