'Océan Ouest - Domaine Des Landes' with Shared Pool and Private Terrace, Shared Garden

Located in the peaceful countryside of the Landes, this detached, single-storey house of 55 m² offers a relaxing retreat for families or small groups. Set on a wooded, fully fenced one-hectare property, it combines nature, comfort, and leisure, just 20 to 25 minutes from the beaches of Contis and Cap de l’Homy, as well as the lakes of Arjuzanx and Léon.



Layout and Features

The holiday home includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a windowless cabin-style bedroom with bunk beds (2x90 cm), a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a bright living area with a sofa bed and television.



The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and utensils.



A welcome kit is provided: trash bag, toilet paper roll, soap, wipes, sponge, and a sachet of dishwashing liquid (no tea towel). Baby bed and high chair available on request and subject to availability.



Outdoor Comfort

You will enjoy a private terrace with garden table, armchair, and charcoal barbecue.



Guests have access to a shared wooded park, a swimming pool (June-September, 9:30 am-8:30 pm), a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court.



Free Wi-Fi, private and shared parking, washing machine.

Ils sont disponibles et sympathiques. Le gîte est propre, spacieux et lumineux. La piscine est très bien entretenue comme tous les espaces extérieurs.

Je conseille vivement ! Juste un petit point : il manque un toaster dans les petits logements, mais la propriétaire m'a fourni aussi une bouilloire quand je le lui ai demandé donc très à l'écoute des locataires !

Je recommande leur établissement fortement. Le parc est agréable et les arbres permettent de garder la fraîcheur. Nous espérons revenir pour les vacances prochaines.

Le gîte trés fonctionnel, propre, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour se sentir bien. Belle piscine, bel espace extérieur. Enfin... tout top quoi ! Je recommane vivement et je retiens l'adresse :)

Le gîte est très bien équipé et très propre. Les animaux sont les bienvenus. Le domaine est très bien situé avec un accès rapide vers l'autoroute. La piscine est grande, agréable et très bien entretenue. Avons passé un agréable séjour même sous une chaleur intense. Nous recommandons cette adresse et nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un nouveau séjour.

Personne au top, toujours prêt à rendre service, la propreté du gîte est irréprochable, félicitation. Le gite a tout ce qu'il faut, je recommande vivement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, il y a tout pour passer un séjour formidable. Quel bonheur de trouver un site entièrement clôturé avec piscine, ping pong, badminton, terrain de pétanque... un régal pour les enfants. Nous avons eût beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner chez vous, bonne continuation Bises du nord carole, cedric et les enfants
