"Our 2nd time here for a reason … great little place away from town. Private, peaceful , gorgeous! There are kayaks to use and a swimming pool . A grill if you want to hang out and enjoy all that this little gem has to offer, which we did. They have a cooler, beach chairs ,beach towels and snorkel equipment you can take to the beaches, definitely a plus ! And the owners Caron and Dave are just super ! Love it here !!"

"Pros: The listing was very accurate. The view is amazing. The house is very clean and well stocked this things you need. The snorkeling off the back of the house is amazing with sting ray, sea turtles, octopus, sea urchins, and much more. The photo of the front of the house does not do it justice. "The view from our place was amazing. We could look out on the bay from our living room as well as the pool area upstairs. It was a great place to have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The location was also optimal. It was just a few minutes from Cruz Bay with its restaurants and shops, but away from the noise and congestion. The host is very responsive and answered the couple of questions we had within minutes. This is our second time staying here and we would stay again."

"This property is perched on a steep hill which we found is typical for properties in St John. This was a surprise for a midwesterner used to flat rolling plains. Every picture describing this property is accurate. The view from the patio/balcony was amazing! The spiral staircase to the bedroom/loft maybe an issue for mobility challenged persons. My last night Sharlin who worked front desk at 2:30am directed me on best walking route to get back to my room and made sure she stayed on the phone with me until I was safely inside.
