"The Hotel was clean, bed comfy, breakfast basic but just fine (it was included!) The first night was so loud with parties going on until 5 am which was outrageous. Not sure if a grad or what? The hotel comped the room for the night, but when I only had two days, the next night had to be a catch up sleep. It is downtown Lethbridge so pros and cons to that. All in all, lovely room. "

"It was fairly clean, a variety of food options close by, comfortable beds, and the bathroom space, and quality was fantastic. The heating and cooling was adjustable and it worked well. We were overall happy with it. Would go there again."

"The service was not what I have experienced in earlier stays. They, somehow, had no knowledge of my Expedia booking for the two rooms but were able to accommodate me. When I went to check out at 8 am I was told that they normally don't open the office till 8:30. While the staff person did accommodate me, it seemed to be an unusual statement for the hotel. The antique decor from previous ownership is still in place, which I appreciated."

"The hotel has a big water park and our room faces the water park, our room smells like chlorine. Other that that everything is good."
