"I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The girl at check in was so pleasant and we arrived early due to the storm and she was able to get us our room right away. The room itself was very lovely and spacious. The amenities were top notch!! Bed was very comfortable as well as there was two different kinds of pillows, soft and firm. The topper for the whole stay was the atrium where the pool and hot tub were. What an absolute joy it was to sit in the hot tub in that tropical jungle!! Went around with my app and figured out what all the plants and trees were. Very wonderful staff. Wonderful stay. "

"Breakfast menu was alright. Juice a bit watery and not real OJ. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Thought to go to hot tub after a long 6 hour drive. The chemicals were so strong they completely ruined my bathing suit. Stripped it if all its colour!!!! Skin actually stinging quite bad after and no alleviated with a shower. Could still smell the chemicals after showering!! And still after a second shower. Skin was burning/ stinging till next day. Now just feels REALLY DRY!"
