A converted stone Barn, sleeps 7 with a large garden and swimming pool

A beautifully converted stone barn, which sleeps 7/8 in three bedrooms. There is a very large open-plan well-equipped kitchen and sitting room, with 4 sofas and beautiful hand made rugs.
Set in beautiful countryside, this traditional converted stone barn has both rustic charm and comfort providing a space that will be enjoyed by children and adults alike. The swimming pool, shared with the other houses, has a cover that means it can be used even when the weather isn't conducive to outdoor swimming, and there is plenty of space for getting rid of that excess energy! Please note that the pool is open from mid-May to September. The large gardens are safe for children to play in, as there is no passing traffic, with the farm being at the end the road. Each property has it's own garden furniture and bbq for outdoor eating. The river Odet is nearby, and there are lovely walks all around the farm.
Kerespars is set in the "Les Montagnes Noires" with it's rolling hills, woods and wide vistas. The wild natural beauty of the area makes it a wonderful place to explore, with a rich history and many places to visit. The coast, which is just 40 minutes away, has beautiful sandy beaches, and offers exceptional seafood restaurants. You will also find fishing, golf, horse-riding, boating and many other activities in the local area.

Très en dessous de la promesse et du prix
Logis pas adapté aux PMR.. trop de promiscuité avec les autres gîtes,sensation d'etre dans un camping. Piscine salle et froide , pas de sécurité. Logement humide, on y entend,on sent et voit les souris,il y a de la moisissure au plafond et dans la salle bain, le terrain est petit et a partager avec les autres gites.,les hectares promis appartiennent aux fermiers. L'électricité est dangereuse,on prend des décharges avec la hotte...liste non exhaustive en bref, je suis furieuse et nous avons meme trouvé un mot de mécontentement des précédents locataires,nous ne sommes pas les seuls à nous plaindre de l'insalubrité qui ne se mesure que après 2 jours,donc trop tard pour se plaindre a Abritel,qui m'a conseillé de consigner mes reproches,vraiment a éviter si vous n'êtes pas là famille Addams

Dommage un peu vestuste
Le lieu est très agreable mais il aurait besoin d'un bon raffraichissement et d'un bon nettoyage. Les equipements sont datés et meriteraient un renouvellement (pas de micro onde/ pas de seche cheveux/ manque de materiel de cuisine (grande poele, casserole...). Et nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec me temps et n'avons pas profité de la piscine car elle n'etait pas chauffée. Dommage!

Location insalubre et non sécurisée
Malgre l'emplacement et le charme extérieur des maisons, celles-ci sont à la limite de l'insalubrité (très grosse humidité qui grignote les murs) et non sécurisée (meubles abîmés, jardins non sécurisés), on ne peut y laisser un enfant sans surveillance. Le ménage est très approximatif. La piscine était non chauffée.

Séjour agréable.
Emplacement et environnement agréable au calme. Superbe rando. Jolie maison mais qui manque un peu d'entretien. La piscine est bien mais problèmes de filtration et de chauffage.

Très belle propriété comprenant 3 gîtes
Arrivé à 8 pour 5 jours nous avons été accueillis par les autres locataires des deux autres gîtes. A nous tous on formait une bonne trentaine de locataires. Ce petit détail n’est pas forcément clair lorsqu’on loue un des trois gîtes. Fort heureusement les autres locataires étaient tous de bonne compagnie et l’utilisation de la piscine s’est naturellement répartie entre ceux qui partaient pour la journée et ceux qui restaient pour « buller » dans la propriété! Sinon, que du positif sur ce séjour. Belles chambres, salle de bain commode, salon énorme et environnement calme et agréable ( les fermiers voisins sont adorables). Le prix modique une fois divisé en 8 fait le reste. On recommande aux amateurs de belles ballades et aux amoureux des paysages vallonés de Haute Cornouailles.

Piscine hors d'âge et d'usage
Le lieu est sympa c'est joli correctement aménagé, mais la piscine est hors d'âge: la pompe fonctionne mal et n'a pas de filtre, il n'y a pas de balai pour nettoyer, le robot est incomplet et donc inutilisable, et la pompe à chaleur ne fonctionne pas. BREF, une mare aux canards . Par contre la dame qui accueille, Gizele, est très sympa.
