Located in a quiet suburb of Leutkirch in the Allgäu region, the modern accommodation "Moderne Unterkunft in Leutkirch" offers beautiful mountain views of the surrounding foothills of the Alps. The apartment has a living room with a cozy couch and a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus accommodates 3 people. Es war sehr gemutlich und sauber. Alles was ich brauchte war vorhanden. Meinem Hund hat es auch gefallen.

Ferienwohnung Leutkirch

Die Küche ist wirklich miserabel ausgestattet. Mahlzeiten können hier kaum zubereite werden, da kaum Arbeitsfläche vorhanden ist. Das Geschirr war verdreckt. Die beschichtete Pfanne war völlig verkratzt, da ich keinen Kunststoff verspeisen wollte, habe ich sie nicht benutzt. Die Töpfe teilweise auch unsauber. Die klebrige Senseokaffeemaschine habe ich lieber nicht benutzt. Die angrenzende Straße war laut. Der große Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer ging nicht.

Tolle Wohnung !!!

Pros: Wir haben im August 2024 zweieinhalb Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Check in war sehr einfach, die Wohnung zu finden ein wenig schwerer. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig soweit gut ausgestattet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Leider ein wenig lieblos eingerichtet, was uns den Urlaub aber nicht vermiest hat. Couch war uns leider ein wenig unbequem zum schlafen, daher haben wir zu dritt (Mama, Papi und Kind (8)) in dem großen Bett geschlafen. Vorteilhaft fanden wir die Waschmaschine im Keller, so dass wir nicht so viel Gepäck hatten und zwischendurch waschen konnten. Bedenken muss man, dass die Wohnung in Richtung Schnellstraße zeigt und es daher leider nicht so ruhig ist, wie man es sich ja wünschen würde. Auch ist man mitten auf dem Land, so dass man sehr oft den Güllegeruch hatte. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen beziehungsweise noch einmal zu Besuch kommen. Cons: Gefehlt haben uns: Geschirrtücher, bessere Kopfkissen, Toaster, saubere Couch, Wäscheständer ohne Defekt, Fliegengitter und ein Sonnenschirm für den Balkon sowie bequemere Stühle.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt .

Pros: Das Haus liegt so das man gut einen Hund mitnehmen kann. 2 Minuten ist man im Grünen. Spazierwege gibt es auch genug. Cons: Mir persönlich hat ein bisschen die Möglichkeit gefehlt mal draußen sitzen zu können. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind dafür nicht wirklich geeignet.

Pros: - kontaktlose Übergabe - Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Spültücher , sogar Spülmittel, Mülltüten etc. alles vorhanden :) - Hund erlaubt - ruhige Wohnung Cons: - leider im Angebot nicht erkennbar, dass es sich um ein Mehrfamilienhaus handelt

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Das Objekt war sauber, aufgeräumt, ordentlich, gemütlich, modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Alles was wir in den Tagen gebraucht haben war vorhanden. Einzig die überquellende Mülltonne vor der Haustür, in die wir nichts mehr reingebracht haben, war ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns in den Tagen sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke!!!
