"The inn was conveniently located to everywhere I needed to go. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that there was a power outage on Friday night that lasted almost 1.5 hours and the hotel had NO GENERATOR!! You simply cannot have people sitting in their rooms in the dark for that long. The young night clerk was very apologetic, but I got the feeling he didn't really know what to do. I asked him if he had called the power company to get an update and he replied, "I'm sure somebody called". He told me he was watching the street to see if any of the businesses across from the hotel had power. I ended up contacting the power company myself to get information about the outage. I found it disturbing that nobody from management showed up. People asked for water and evidently there was no supply for emergencies bcs the young man apologized that everything he had has been given out. I heard him on the phone with what I assumed was a manager, judging by the conversation, but no manager ever bothered to show up. I feel that the situation was about as mismanaged as it could get. I would strongly suggest that management invest in a generator for future emergencies."

"Staff was great! Very accommodating. Fairly clean place. Good parking. Good choice of tv channels. Good internet connection. Breakfast hours could be a little better. 6am-9am only, at least go to 10am. Our room definitely could use some updating. All of the wall outlets were very loose as in wiggly in the walls and loose as in our phone chargers kept falling out of the socket. There weren’t many outlet choices, we had to unplug things to charge our phones. No USB or c-charger options, you need to bring a block and hope it stays in the wall. Our air conditioner wouldn’t turn on at first until we twisted the plug in the wall to get it to stay connected. The cover of our air conditioner was also broke. Our toilet paper dispenser was broke. Our toilet didn’t flush unless you held the handle down for a bit. Our toilet seat was very loose and on crooked."
