Welcome to the Beachy Beach Townhouse !
This gently used second home is making its debut as short term rental; so, come and experience it’s transformation into a family beach house.
A 3 bedroom with 5 beds and 2 pull out couches in a beach themed townhouse house that sleeps 7-9 (that's with the 2 sleeper couches) perfect for family vacations. Its central location is close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The house is well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, 5 tvs, high speed internet, primary bedroom( queen bed) with a bathroom the first floor, 2 bedrooms (2- queen beds and a twin), dining room, living room, loft and have a cup of coffee or a cocktail on the Margaritaville Porch. The are amenities: high sleep WiFi, AC, 3-smart tvs plus 2 more tvs,2 bluetooth speakers, board games, air hockey, beach supplies, foosball and a washer and dryer, guests can relax and unwind in this fantastic space.
Location, Location, Location in a quiet family friendly neighborhood.
Propane Grill-Grill is accessible but propane will not be provided due to insurance regulations. Grill if used is subject to all liability outlined in the rental agreement and specifically liable to the user and be used at the users risk. There is also a Weber charcoal grill.
Note: Check in is on Satudays at 4:00 and rentals need to be for a 7 day minimum (HOA rules).
