The location, size, quality, amenities, and private pool make this house second to none on Lewes Beach! The house has 7 bedrooms: 3 primary king suites with private bathroom, 1 additional king with shared bathroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 2 bunk rooms. 12 beds in total!

There is plenty of space to spread out with 3 large living areas: a 1,200sf game room (TV area, ping-pong, foosball, full-size arcade) on the ground floor, a large open concept dining/living space on the first floor, and a massive lounge with large screen TV area and kitchenette on the top floor… plus multiple outdoor spaces with paver patio around pool and large screened deck with dining and sitting area that looks down to the pool.

The home is 5-houses from the beach. A short walk and you are on the best section of Lewes Beach which faces the Delaware Bay and is steps from the iconic Lewes Dairy Queen. Appointed with high-end furnishings - you will find everything needed for a beach vacation. The home is available for year-round enjoyment and features a gas fireplace for winter holidays and off-season. The pool is available from April 18 to November 1 and is heated to 78 degrees in the cooler months. Temperature can be increased to 85 degrees for an extra fee.

Important note on pricing: Summer weeks from Memorial Day to Labor Day reflect the full 7-bedroom house. After Labor Day, and before Memorial Day (early-September to late-May), the pricing reflects 4-bedrooms (3-bedrooms are locked out and not used). All other living spaces are unchanged! I can easily adjust pricing to include the full house if needed – we do this because in the shoulder seasons there are often smaller groups. Please note that Lewes Beach Hideaway I is next door and offers an additional 5-bedrooms with a huge open floorplan with a cathedral ceiling. Houses can be rented independent or together to create a twelve (12) bedroom compound accommodating 30 people.

• 6 bathrooms (4 with shower, 1 with tub/shower, 1 powder room). Three (3) bedrooms have a private bathroom, and the final four (4) bedrooms each share a full bathroom.
• Please note pre-Memorial Day & post-Labor Day the house is priced with 4-bedrooms & 10 adult capacity. Three (3) of the second floor-bedrooms are locked off. If you want the full 7-bedrooms, the rental can be adjusted to accommodate - please reach out BEFORE booking!

Living Spaces:
• Ground floor includes garage, foyer, and spacious 1,200sf conditioned game-room that leads to the pool. The room includes large screen TV and sitting area, competition grade ping-pong table, foosball table, and full-size arcade game featuring classics like PacMan, Ms PacMan, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Galaga, Frogger, and many more!
• First floor has the main living room & kitchen, expansive screened deck with dining and sitting area, and 2x king bedroom suites with private bathrooms.
• Second floor contains a large lounge area with another large-screen TV and kitchenette, plus another five bedrooms (two king, one queen, and two bunk rooms)

Outdoor Space:
• A 500sf paver patio surrounding saltwater pool. Fully enclosed with privacy fence, private shower, and grill. Pool is available from April 18 to November 1.
• A 30’ x 12’ screened deck with a full dining table and sitting area, perfect for morning coffee or evening beverages as you unwind from your day on the beach

• As with most Delaware Beach rentals, bed linens and towels are not included in the rental price. Guests have the option to bring their own, or rent. I can provide a referral to a company that offers delivery and pick-up for your specific needs at a very fair price.
• 18-person capacity is for adults and children, and when rented as the full 7-bedroom house. If adult (18 & over) only, capacity is 16.
• As noted above, house is priced as a 4-bedroom house between Labor Day and Memorial Day (non-summer dates). Capacity is 10-person in this case. Full 7-bedtoom can be available for any date – just reach out for adjustment.
• Attached rental agreement, including pool rules and indemnification are agreed by guest upon online booking. Signed copy of pool indemnification is required for insurance purposes.
