Slps 6 / Comm. Pool / PetsOK / WD / Bikes / Kayaks

  • Bring your flip flops and relax! Adorable beach cottage in a quiet, gated community just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Enjoy the outdoor area at home with a fire pit, grill, and games or explore the wooded trails, crabbing dock, or community pool.

    Pool Hours:
    -10 am - 7 pm Weekends Only (05/23/2026 – 06/12/2026)
    -10 am - 7 pm Daily (06/13/2026 – 09/07/2026)
    -10 am - 7 pm Weekends Only (09/12/2026 --09/20/2026)

    You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

    2 bedrooms with an upstairs loft bedroom and 1 bathroom.

    Both downstairs bedrooms have queen beds. Upstairs loft has two twin beds and full pull out couch.

    We do not live locally so we will be available through the app.

    We do have another rental in the same neighborhood if the dates are not available here.

    Please let us know beforehand if you are bringing animals. there will be a $70 charge per animal. Max of 2 animals.

    The pool dates for summer of 2025 will be updated as we receive the information.
