"This was a good stay! There are some details that would make it great: 1) Clean the bathroom door and mirror, 2) vacuum the in-room sofa, 3) Communicate with guests that the pool will not be in-service, 4) Answer the front desk desk phone for inquiries, 5) Have someone at the front desk at all times for inquiries. I loved the set up, the amenities, the friendliness of the staff, the location, the price and the delicious breakfast! A partial refund for the pool not being in service would be greatly appreciated as this hotel was chosen for the pool!"

"The one washer was out of service and because we made our reservations through Experian, even though we paid the hotel directly they would not provide us with a receipt nor would they give us water, like every other Hampton Inn has on our trip. We are uncertain if they are the only one's going by the rules or being difficult, or both. I don't care about the water but dont understand how it would have hurt for them to print a receipt for a guest, no matter if we are rewards members or not. Its just good customer service IMO The breakfast was decent for what it is. The eating area was clean. The handle on the door to the pool needs a little maintenance and for safety sake, there needs to be better lighting in the pool area. The room was clean and comfortable."
