"The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. But as much as we paid for the room, we figured that when we were out during the day that they would come in and restock the coffee and our towels and clean the room but they didn't. So I was very disappointed. Other than that it was a nice place except for you're having to pay for coffee, which was crazy because you should never have to pay for coffee at a hotel. Other than that everything was okay but we will not stay there again"

"Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Had to leave on a whim the night before check out the next day & checking out was seamless. Great 24/7 Hot Coffee. Property was in a prime spot for finding nice restaurants to dine in & although blustery, the area was really interesting. Great deal. "

"The hotel is very nice and clean, although we had a few misfortunes during our stay. The elevators were being renovated so we had to use the stairs. Upon check in, the gentlemen informed me that he sent an email but while traveling, I hadn't checked it so this was the first we heard it. A phone call would have been better. (I later found the email in my spam folder) But it was fine so we stayed anyways. The room was clean but our toilet kept over flowing for some reason. A kind gentlemen came up quickly to take care of it. The TV remote was not responding, but the front desk clerk was kind enough to come up to check it out and gave us another one to use. The breakfast was hot and everything was fresh. Even with all the mishaps, I would stay here again but hope my next experience will be better. "
