Great Location in the Heart of Lexington

Enjoyed my stay at 175Lex. Recommend getting a guest pass to the Proof Gym a couple blocks away as well. Great facility.

Perfect location

We were in town for a concert and basketball game.. Perfect location to walk to Rupp and plenty of restraunt locations. We drove and checked out a couple Bourbon disterillies as well. We come down from Michigan at least once a year. If this location is available we will stay here again .

Place was super clean, and the view from the bedroom was great! I loved laying in bed and looking at the city lights. Location was wonderful. Perfectly located between the college (walkable) and the fun places downtown. Would stay again if I return to the city!

My best friend and I stayed here on a girl’s weekend!! We would definitely stay here again! We felt safe and everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride away!! Great communication and very cozy! Highly recommend! Oh and free underground parking on the weekends!

UK Homecoming Stay

My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights over UKs Homecoming weekend. The unit is very nice, feels brand new. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of all downtown restaurants, bars, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. The wide windows were nice. It is downtown which means it can be a bit noisier than some places but it is very convenient and you can walk to most places downtown. My ife and I agreed we'd consider renting it again
