Location is convenient, next to the highway. Breakfast was decent- pancake, sausage and fruit. Didn't seem like the room had been renovated in awhile. Bedding and pillows were clean.

I read the reviews, and my experience didn't match the Expedia reviews. My original room, I think 127 had a mattress that felt uneven, bumpy, and uncomfortable. Surprisingly, at check-out, I was told the mattress was new. The staff tried to accommodate me and allowed me to switch rooms. Room 235 had two beds. The mattresses were better. Both rooms had inadequate tv's. The tv's were small with dark pictures. I had significant problems with the key cards. This was an issue in both rooms. On several occasions, I needed new cards. The property is undergoing renovations. Perhaps it will improve. Right now, I'm avoiding staying at any Best Westerns.

It was well within location where I had business. Close eating establishment and a convenience store with gasoline. Close to the main road. The individual that checked me in was very pleasant.

The location is perfect for VMI. Breakfast is convenient and service at hotel front desk was excellent. This is an older property, with outside access to every room- but I would stay here again.

Great water pressure in the shower and I love it has multiple shelves for razor, and shampoo. Heater in the room is awesome.

Your desk staff (blond woman working evenings) gave me a new key to my room without verifying my Photo ID. This is a huge safety issue for your customers allowing just anyone to access rooms. I even tried to have her my photo ID but she did not look at it. The breakfast and mornings g desk staff were good. The room felt like a steel cubicle and the toilet was loud and ran randomly during the night.

The facility overall is very old and terrible. The air conditioner was super dusty and there were so many hairs left in the bathtub drain that I could have made wigs out of them. The worst experience was the bath faucets which only produced very hot or cold water, making it the most uncomfortable shower time of my life. The service was also very poor, the safety deposit box was closed when we entered the room and we asked for it to be opened, but it never showed up at the appointed time, which made us wonder if there was anything dangerous in it. Not worth the price, it is not a hotel, it is the worst place to sleep.

Rooms are small, towels were old and hard, cold water and dirty brown water - when I went to the front desk - they said it was a city problem.
I was told to let the water run for awhile - the water was already cold….

We requested a ground floor room due to my husband’s disability, but when we checked in they had already given all of them away. Then the room we were given had a door that wouldn’t open, it was jammed, so they moved us to another where the outlets didn’t work and we were unable to charge phones and run medical equipment. Would not recommend if you need accessibility.
