Bethany, In reading your review, Im not sure where you ended up going to in your search for us. It's extremely obvious that you did not come to our property or condo complex. I am unsure of why VRBO allowed you to leave a review on a property where you never stayed as a guest. As I previously stated, the cameras showed that you never arrived to the property or pulled in to our complex period. You are not able to leave a review on a property you never entered or arrived to. In going through your verbiage, I find it interesting that you looked up "crime statistics for our area" and found that it was listed as one of the "most dangerous parts of the city". This is an obvious blatant lie and you can be prosecuted for slander and loss of income due to this lie and the others located in your wording. We have 2 officers and a security guard who live in our complex. Common sense would tell you that officers would not live in "the worst part of Frankfort". You also stated that other guests who left favorable reviews of our property were liars as well. Again, if common sense were present it would be known that that is not possible and we can not fake or coherse guests into leaving fast reviews. All of our guests which own adding in other platforms equals over 4000, and we stay at. a4.8 star rating out of 5. We do not achieve that with properties such as you have stated. Other fallacies are that our building was boarded up, etc... This building is completely full of operating STR's and there is nothing boarded up. I truly believe that you went to an off path property somewhere else. Im not sure what your intent was with this booking or this erroneous review. I have contacted VRBO for removal of this review.
