  • Enjoy your private stay in this charming mid-century home in the heart of Lexington. Location is convenient to downtown, UK campus, Chevy Chase, Woodland Park & much more. Nearby shopping, nightlife, dining, gas stations & grocery stores abound! Visiting for a UK sporting event? Home is very close to the football, baseball, softball, soccer, & tennis stadiums, even walkable if you're so inclined. Enjoy evenings on the back porch - complete with fire pit and grill - overlooking a huge private yard. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably, or 6 adults/4 kids for a combined total of 10. Special package pricing and negotiable dates available. Contact Bennett for details.

Perfect location for a trip to Lex

We were walking distance from Commonwealth stadium, an easy quick drive to Keeneland and had a nice big back yard to hangout in. Great place with plenty of room for 8!

This property is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the stadium (roughly 1.5 miles). There are a few restaurants within a couple blocks as well. House was in great condition and was great for our 2 families to stay and visit. I highly recommend! Owner was easy to work with as well.
