Great location, friendly check in staff. Disappointed that the bar was not open in the evening. Also had a annoying cleaning staff that kept pounding on our door at 9am, check out was at noon.

Spent one night on the road home. Property was clean and room was updated. Front of the building was in the process of getting a facelift, but the work was quiet (painting) and presented no inconveniences. Did not use the dining facility or bar. Fitness center had equipment all in working order.

Clean and safe area.
Hotel is very clean and nice. Location is safe. Its a busy area, need car or uber. Nice reataurants nearby but pricey ones, know before you go. The hotel bar I would like to see be better, drinks not very good, usually missing some ingredients. But Ive stayed here a few times, that doesn't deter me from it. Everything else is nicely kept up.

I had a great stay at this location! The room was very roomy, the water pressure in the shower was outstanding. Very clean. Great restaurants around the property making it so easy to just walk to dinner.

Amazing front desk staff
We stayed with friends for a concert and had an amazing experience at this hotel. Trey at the front desk was very professional and friendly - he went out of his way to accommodate the four of us to ensure we had a great evening. He is definitely an asset to your hotel! We will definitely stay again.

The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately we had to change rooms twice. I booked 2 rooms. When we checked in, one of them hadn’t been cleaned so we had to change that room. The second room ended up not having working cable tv or the room phone so we had to change that one as well. Like I said, the woman working at the front desk was very attentive and helpful and moved us to different rooms right away, but it was a little inconvenient and not a great feeling to have two problems immediately upon checking in.

Tv went dead during the football game. They couldn’t fix it. No free coffee downstairs. Overall very disappointing.

Good day Charles. My apologies for the TV issue. It was a hotel wide event that required our TV provider's assistance to bring it back up. Our agreement with Starbuck's prohibits the offering of complimentary coffee in the lobby area. We do offer complimentary coffee in your guestroom, however. I hope you will give us another try when your travels bring you to Lexington.

The hotel was good overall. Having to pay for breakfast considering the cost of the room is a shame. And the prices for breakfast weren't cheap. Parking can be an issue. If I didn't have a handicap placard, not sure where I would have parked.

We appreciate your review of your recent stay at our hotel. Courtyards are known for having fresh, made to order food, for purchase in the Bistro. It has been a brand standard since 1983 when Courtyards opened. Parking for a busy hotel can be an issue. Luckily this has not been one to date.

Staff was very friendly. However, the remodel is sloppy and room didn’t feel clean. The noise was the worst part of our stay. Neighbors were very loud and could every word they said in their room. We could also hear everything in the hallway and upstairs. We had a ground floor patio and could hear the guests next door sitting on our patio one night. I did not sleep at all. Would never stay again.

While I cannot see the exact dates of your stay we did have a sports team staying with us that were not well behaved that might have contributed to the noise. Normally our hotel is very quiet.
