There was yellowish something on toilet seat. I thought it was some stains. But when I wiped out it was gone. Also, when I enter to the room I smelled something like cigarettes. Windows curtains are not clean. The property is good except the cleanliness. Bed was comfortable enough for me. I had waffle which was good.

Place is in a very depressed area. Housekeeping is not available all days. Handicapped accessible is not accurate. Only has bath tubs with ada rails. No accommodation for people with one leg. Had to purchase my own transfer bench to be able to stay there. No offer of assistance from management.

The room wasn’t completely clean the floors needed swept, there was not soap in the room glad I brought mine! They didn’t changed out towels or come make the beds . Very poorly ran property.

Place looks run down and outdated. Pool was nice and it’s 8 miles from Buc’ees. I do not recommend this place at all.

Waffle House attached to the parking lot was a key feature at 3am when I wanted something. Clean bed and decent atmosphere. Only downside was my room smelled like cigarettes even though the door said no smoking

The room itself wasn't bad and the exterior was well lit. If it had been in a better part of Richmond we may have stayed the full night. Unfortunately, their were lots of people wandering about outside the room and sirens constantly. We needed sleep and comfort. We went to another place with interior rooms.

Stay Away.

The room was disgusting. The walls were filthy and the room stunk like 80 years of smoking. When we complained about the condition of the room the owner/ manager tried to ask if we dirtied the room. Who does that. He was rude and needs to have the franchise pulled.

The room was smelly, stains on every piece of carpet, rust in bathroom sink and refrigerator , etc. Asked for another room which was better but not by much! ( not do smelly). The whole place needs to be remodeled or torn down, please take this place off of your options! Someone from hotels.com should make a surprise visit.
