Enriched with history & tradition is where you will find Lexington's Carriage House. Recently renovated, this historic 1855 Carriage House can be found steps from Rupp Arena. Lexington's Carriage House features a renovated kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwood floors, indoor 2 person jacuzzi tub, 2 parking spaces, smart home technology, and so much more! Live like a true Lexingtonian, while only being footsteps away from Downtown, the Convention Center, Local Bars/Restaurants & so much more.

Located in the Heart of Downtown Lexington, guests will experience some street noise and traffic. We are just off Main Street, we have added additional insulation during renovations to cut down on any outside noise.

Guests will have full access to the property.

Immerse yourself into this 1855 Carriage House. Recently renovated, the owner spared no expense. With a modern flare, the Lexington Carriage House also features character and original charm. Guests will be dazzled by this insta worthy and smart home.

First Floor:
Guests will enter the property to be greeted by custom tile floors, modern smart kitchen, living room, stained glass window, exposed beams and brick, & so much more.

Living Room: Comfortably seats 6 guests. Guests will also enjoy an electric fireplace, Smart Picture Frame TV, and wireless speakers.

Kitchen: our modern and updated kitchen is all SMART. Featuring all the modern day amenities and appliances a guest would need for any occasion.

1st Floor Bathroom: Our ground level water closet features a smart commode and 2 person jacuzzi tub.

2nd Floor:
Guests will be greeted by two bedrooms. Our primary bedroom features a king size bed and smart TV. The second bedroom features two queen beds, smart TV, and mini fridge.

2nd Floor Bathroom: Features custom walk in shower, two rain shower heads, smart commode, bathroom supplies and storage for toiletries.

Guests are able to access many parts of Lexington by foot based on our location, however most guests have a personal vehicle to experience all that Central KY has to offer.

Guests will be given two parking spaces only. Parking will be located directly in front of the property.

This property was perfect for a quick overnight stay. We attended a concert at Rupp Arena, so the short walk was great. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance as well since you are downtown. I'd stay here again!

This historic carriage house has been converted into a super cool place to hang out before a show at Rupp Arena or if you’re in town for the weekend. Slick furnishings, and cool lighting made this a great place to chill before and after the show we saw. Highly recommend.

This property has many high-end details, including its excellent location and cleanliness. The king bed was not for us, but bedding is super subjective! It's a coffee lover's paradise. The book provided gave excellent advice. We visited several recommended restaurants and Harvy's bar. All were within walking distance and better than expected.

If you are looking for a spot that is walkable to campus and arena, this is a good find. The photos are representative of the stay, it's just a little rough around the edges. Most everything that is battery operated was not operable. It was as if the modern conveniences were there but not accessible. It is a very dark space. I love windows and bright light. Do not expect that here. I have heavy feelings about this spot as I left a very special piece of jewelry. I know exactly where is was but the owner didn't seem to want to put in the time or energy to find it for me. Saying that, for a quick stay in Lexington, this is a good fit!

there are many smart house tools in this home. We were unable to get online to use the "hey google" approach. We could not figure out either of the coffee makers that were out on the counter. The spin one was full of moldy grounds. On the second day we found the trusty old-fashioned kind in the cabinet so we were good on coffee the other two mornings. The lights in the kitchen are flashing. the ice maker makes continual noise like it needs attention, but we were not sure what to do to make it stop. The shower on the first floor had to have the breaker reset to use. The panel in the upstairs one was dark so we just used the knobs. the home is beautiful, and we were comfortable overall but probably not a good fit for us for future visits.

Overall, we had a great stay at this location! Heath and his crew were very good at responding to messages and we enjoyed this beautiful carriage house. I hosted our family Thanksgiving here since my family is spread out between three states and all in all, it went very well!
