Love this hotel, it has so much potential. Need better towels, in-room shampoo/conditioner etc, better office chairs, and a couple of the staff need some customer service training. With all that being said it is a new building in a great location for the KY horse park that allows dogs. I would stay here again and bring my own towels, silverware, and shampoo etc. But this hotel is so close to being great I hope they pull it together.

It was like a studio apartment. It even had a flat stove top with two burners. The refrigerator was full-size with an ice maker. Everything was very convenient. It was centrally located. And the staff could not have been friendlier. I highly recommend.
