Great stay!

We had a great stay here, the staff was very friendly, never had any issues about anything during our stay. Rooms are bug free, pet yard was nice and big. Beds are comfy. Probably one of my favorite hotels in the lexington area. The hotel gives family oriented vibes!

Smelled like weed when I walked into the lobby. My towels in the bathroom smelled like smoke. Nasty floors in lobby and stairs. Front desk attendant at check in was very polite.

Staff was very welcoming! Also, we accidentally left our iPad behind, and maybe not even 15 minutes later, staff called us to let us know!!! I appreciated the honesty and will definitely book here again if I need to come back!

While the room was clean except the mold in the tub and the toilet wouldnt flush, thr front desk gal recleaned and sanitized the tub, put up a new shower curtain. She was very nice and accomodating. The property is not really disability friendly, but we were put on the first floor so we didnt have to climb a spiral staircase. --Did not try the grab and go breakfast. --could use newer pillows that are not rock hard. Comfortable bed just and very small room with an odd layout.

The mattress in the room was worn out and needs to be replaced. The rooms are needing an uplift. The staff was friendly and helpful especially when it came to the area.

Convenient,clean and quiet. Drink machine wasnt working and there is no ice machine. Called the desk and said there were ice cubes in the trays in the fridge but ours was upside down in fridge

It was cheap, but not worth the money.

I appreciated the staff, they were friendly and helpful, but the property was run down, dirty, smelly, and the walls were thin. There was a lot of cat hair, the chair had so, so much cat hair. The drawer in the kitchen was broken. We were on vacation and passing through for a couple days, but it was not relaxing at all so we checked out after the first night. We’re a simple couple and don’t require much, and I hate to say it but it this was just terrible.

The only good thing I'd say was the staff. Friendly and attentive. Room however was terrible. Countertop was taped up with a duct tape, and a large crack was in the shower. Floors and rolling chair were extremely dirty, dresser beat up and there was a hole in the wall. Linens and bed sheets were the only thing that made us stay in the room. Room smelled like there were smokers before. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were embarrassed to bring our daughter to the hotel that we came to see for the parent weekend.
