This is a very nice property, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location in Frankfort, with lots of dining options and tourist attractions close by, as well as easy access to the highway.

I checked in with Mary Ann--she was fabulous. We had a issue with the first room that we were assigned (bed was not clean) and she quickly found us another which was better. Breakfast was good--I had toast and eggs with chocolate milk and my sister had waffles, eggs and bacon. There was a breakfast sandwich and quiche in another warmer as options along with cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bananas, bagels and English muffins. Check in/out was very easy. I would stay here again.

Overnight Stay

Basic hotel for an overnight stay. We booked a standard double room. Beds we comfortable but tire double size. Bathroom has been updated with a nice walk in shower. All in all a good place to stay.

The only complaint was that the listing for the "suite" indicated that there was a separate bedroom from the area with the pull out couch. It is not separate. There is no door or walls.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Room and facility are basic with no distinguishing feature and quite a bit of wear and tear. Given the rate, I was expecting more.

The hot tub was down and has been for a time. The hot tub was one of the reasons I chose this property. Expedia did not disclose the hot tub being down. This was the only downside to my visit

Frankfort facility is marginal

reception was nice. Breakfast was marginal (bacon overcooked), no option to pork, and croissant sandwiches were kept in wrapper causing bread to be soggy. Pool and area were very cold. Hot tub was out of order. Room had new carpet but bathroom floor molding was dirty/dusty

Not worth the price tag

The elevators were not working, the toilet flushed for 5 minutes after the initial flush, there was a light shining right in our window from the parking lot, pillows were hard and no non dairy creamer, muffins or sweets at breckfast

Our room hadn't been cleaned. Messy beds and trash on the wastebasket. When i asked for a new room all they were willing to do was give me a clear tradh bag to empty the trash. I was not offered another room or a discount. Plus we had other issues but no one wantwd to address it.
