They couldn't give me a copy of my receipt that I wanted for reimbursement. My second night although we did have a snowstorm they had no food out for breakfast not even a bagel. They did not even attempt to shovel the sidewalks and I turned both ankles. They did not offer me a refund on the breakfast meal I missed. The mattress was uncomfortable. It was right next to i-75 and all of her was traffic all night. The second night someone had their boombox blaring in their car outside our hotel. It was horrible. I didn't say the first night I had a wonderful breakfast omelet amazing chef and server.
